I've been making my own soap since 2002. Sparked from part Little House, part Practical Magic, and mostly a desire to not give animal testing companies more money. It's something I haven't done in a while. I used to sell some at a single 2-day local craft fair each Thanksgiving weekend. But then there was Covid. I had so much that only recently have we actually run completely out. πŸ˜† Homemade soap is very like homemade or home grown anything else. It feels nicer, you can customize it to your needs & preferences. I'm convinced that Hubby's elbows no longer snag his clothes in the winter because of my soap. This one in particular is my "Bahamian Rhapsody" flavor. (Yes, Bahamian πŸ‡§πŸ‡Έ) I was trying to reproduce a soap my brother-in-law loved from the Caribbean. Trying to decide which wrapping is better.I used a couple of fragrances I had, just to use them. It came out a little more fruity & colada smelling than I'd like, but c'est la vie 😁
